Activ Rockingham group are looking for a volunteer to assist in their swimming program spectating, filming the customer and staff and possibly assisting with a wheelchair. Meeting at the Cockburn ARC helping out between 10:30 and 11:30 or meeting at the Day Centre in Safety Bay between 9am to 2pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays .

Assist disabled clients with horse riding sessions. Prepare horses for classes and lead riders, arena set-up, horse training, horse floating. There are also positions which do not invove horse handling such as administration, work on the committee, fundraising, volunteer coordinator etc. Office hours are Tues-Thurs 9.00am - 2.30pm during school terms.

This position supports a Saturday programme between the hours of 9.30am and 2.00pm run from our Rockingham and Mandurah sites. Our clients get together every Saturday to do the things that the rest of us may take for granted such as shopping, going for coffee, visiting museums, having a barbecue etc.
