This role does NOT involve Client/Community contact. We are seeking a reliable volunteer, who has an eye for detail to join our AOD Program. In this role you will be assisting with packing and storing appropriate injecting equipment, maintaining needle syringe stock levels and other resources as well as participating in needle/syringe retrievals and discarded equipment. Role to be undertaken 4-6 hours per weekday (business hours) by negotiation .

Volunteers are required for the Family Drug Helpline, a peer support telephone service for families seeking assistance around drug abuse. To volunteer you need to have personal experience of a family members alcohol or other drugs misuse. Your contribution as a telephone volunteer will make a difference in helping people to help themselves.
We are looking for a volunteer to co-ordinate the sourcing of a range of Sponsorship / Fundraising ventures from within the Geelong/Surf Coast area to support the Program provided to our clients.
If you can play a musical instrument of any type and are keen to tutor, you can assist us by mentoring people keen on music to learn and or improve their playing skills.
Share your skills and knowledge of an activity or interest and/or assist in facilitation of group programs/activities with our participants whose lives have been impacted by drug and/or alcohol addiction.
Support worker required to assist with facilitation of a group program for people whose lives have been impacted by drug and/or alcohol addiction.
Provide training and mentoring in woodwork to a small group of men currently participating in a residential alcohol and drug rehabilitation program. Assist with basic woodworking skills, repairs, cabinetry and basic use of hand tools within the supported program for men.
Provide training and mentoring in metal work to a small group of men currently participating in a residential alcohol and drug rehabilitation program. We have a very well equipped workshop with Guillotine, folders, rollers, MIG, TIG Arc etc. Please come and join our large team of volunteers who are sharing their recovery journey with them in so many ways.
