We are seeking a reliable volunteer, who has an eye for detail to join our Needle Syringe Program. In this role you will be assisting with packing and storing appropriate injecting equipment, maintaining needle syringe stock levels and other resources as well as participating in needle/syringe retrievals and discarded equipment. Role to be undertaken during a weekday business hours (flexible), for a shift of 3 hours (minimum). This role does NOT involve Client/Community contact.

Volunteers are required for the Family Drug Helpline, a peer support telephone service for families seeking assistance around drug abuse. To volunteer you need to have personal experience of a family members alcohol or other drugs misuse. Your contribution as a telephone volunteer will make a difference in helping people to help themselves.

Provide training and mentoring in metal work to a small group of men currently participating in a residential alcohol and drug rehabilitation program. We have a very well equipped workshop with Guillotine, folders, rollers, MIG, TIG Arc etc. Please come and join our large team of volunteers who are sharing their recovery journey with them in so many ways.
