SHARC requires a range of communications related skills to more effectively reach the people who need us. You skills and expertise will form part of a team. Some projects and tasks will be one-off, others ongoing e.g. website review and reset; social media posts, design logos for new programs, taking photos at SHARC events; making videos.

Volunteers are required for the Family Drug Helpline, a peer support telephone service for families seeking assistance around drug abuse. To volunteer you need to have personal experience of a family members alcohol or other drugs misuse. Your contribution as a telephone volunteer will make a difference in helping people to help themselves.
We are looking for a volunteer to co-ordinate the sourcing of a range of Sponsorship / Fundraising ventures from within the Geelong/Surf Coast area to support the Program provided to our clients.
If you can play a musical instrument of any type and are keen to tutor, you can assist us by mentoring people keen on music to learn and or improve their playing skills.

We have a very well equipped workshop with Guillotine, folders, rollers, MIG, TIG Arc etc. Please come and join our large team of volunteers who are sharing their recovery journey with them in so many ways.
