BBQ time everyone? Our Anam Cara Aged Care Community at Bray Park is seeking a volunteer to assist with the cooking of a BBQ lunch for residents on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Enthusiasm, cheerfulness and BBQ experience are essential attributes for this role.
We have a female resident who is still in her 50's incapacitated by a particular condition which causes isolation. She would love a visit each week, just to chat and have some company. If you are able to take her out in a tub chair for 15 mins into the sunshine as well that would be wonderful but not necessary to the position.
