They are seeking an enthusiastic volunteer to assist with the setting up and running the activity along with another volunteer. These indoor games are low impact activities that improve the fitness, coordination and confidence of residents. As well as enhancing mental well-being and community connectedness.

The Community Visitors’ Scheme is a federally funded program, established to promote links between people living in an aged care homes or the wider community. The CVS aims to enrich the quality of life of residents of aged care homes, or their own home, who may be socially isolated or lonely, whether it be for social or cultural reasons or due to disability. Our volunteer visitors pay personal visits to these clients.
Volunteers are required to accompany residents by taxi (at the residents' expense) to local appointments.
The Training Officer's role is primarily responsible for identifying and implementing a program to address the training needs of Brisbane Seniors Online. The officer is also responsible for developing and implementing a yearly training plan and reporting on that plan to the BSOL Management Committee and the membership at the Annual General Meeting
