    Come and join the team at Shelly, Moffat and Dicky Beach for marine debris collection to prevent harmful materials such as rope, nets and plastics from being washed into the ocean and consumed by/entangling our marine life. All debris that is collected from these activities will be recorded and the data will be provided to the Tangaroa Blue Foundation for analysis, a national database on marine debris which helps to identify source polluters.

    Kookaburra Kids are seeking enthusiastic camp leaders to attend Kookaburra Kids weekend camps in QLD. We currently have 3 camps for 2018 supporting kids from 8-18 yrs of age. Weekend camps run from Friday evening through to Sunday afternoon. We are looking for adults over the age of 21 from all walks of life. Camp Leaders do not have to have any experience in mental health. The main goal of a camp leader is support kids to be kids.

  9. Event: Gold Coast Marathon Interpreters- Ethiopian/Kenyan/Iraqi

    The Gold Coast Marathon, an IAAF Gold Label Road Race, is the pinnacle of road running events in Australia and during its 39-year history has distinguished itself as one of the most prestigious marathons in the world. year and is recognised as the fastest course of its kind. Ethiopian/Kenyan/ Iraqi Interpreters are required to assist at many of the sites. Thurs 28th/Friday 29th/Saturday 30th June and Sunday July 1st. Registrations/Info Booth/Ushers/ Various areas.
