HikeWest is recognised and supported by the WA State Government as the pre-eminent body and representative organisation for bushwalking/hiking in WA. We are a volunteer-run, not-for-profit association. We are committed to promoting bushwalking/hiking and representing the interests of bushwalkers across Western Australia. HikeWest delivered Perth's second successful WA Hiking Expo event in the Perth Hills in 2023, with the funding support of DLGSC-Sport & Rec. Our members and supporters can expect to see hiking gain a greater profile in recreation in the State.
