Monash Health Consumer Advisor Program

Monash Health recognises that involving consumers in quality improvement and service design activities, improves services for the community as well as the patients experience. The Consumer Advisor Program seeks to embed the consumer voice in improvement activities across the organisation. Monash Health does this by maintaining a register of Consumer Advisors. Consumer Advisors are community members who · have experience of Monash Health services, as either a patient, carer, or family member · are interested in providing advice to improve services at Monash Health, on an ongoing formal basis · are happy to provide advice in a voluntary capacity
