Business Excellence Australia (BEA) is a not-for-profit enterprise whose purpose is the promotion of globally-aligned principles of excellence in leadership and management across the full spectrum of Australian Industry, Government and other Organisations. BEA seeks to help the Australian business, government and NFP sectors thrive in a competitive world, both locally and globally, through the adoption of the Business Excellence Framework (BEF). The BEF operates in a similar way to the Baldrige Program and Awards run out of the National Institute for Standards and Technology in the USA and is a member of the prestigious Global Excellence Model Council.
