Women In Supply Chain

Women in Supply Chain (WISC) was established in 2009 as a voluntary group connecting women working within the Transport Industry in Victoria. WISC was an active adviser and partner reference group to the Transport, Distribution and Logistics (TDL) Industry Round Table. Our mission is to inspire Australian women to enter and thrive working in supply chain. Women in Supply Chain (WISC) establishes an extensive network; championing access to shared experiences, resources and industry contacts to support women to be equally represented and recognised. Our Values are Connection, Education and Inclusiveness. WISC is a not-for-profit organisation that is open to all supply chain professionals. WISC is run by volunteers who currently have or had careers in supply chain. WISC activates change and promotes gender equality in supply chain by creating an environment that includes a range of people at all levels across different industries and roles, where career ambitions and prospects can be pursued through access to extensive networks, new ideas and resources. WISC contributes to the industry through mentorship, industry research, organisational collaboration, and promotion of the capabilities of women in the industry.
