Lead Loddon Murray is a not-for-profit incorporated association with tax concession charity status governed by a Board of Management comprising six graduates and four independent community members. Employed and contracted staff, along with graduates, effectively deliver programs designed to increase community leadership capacity across the Loddon Murray region, based on the guiding principles of LEAD Loddon Murray and a common social agenda with partners, participants and stakeholders. Since 1998, the Loddon Murray Community Leadership Program (LMCLP) has offered a professional development opportunity for a broad range of community leaders (established and aspiring) to develop skills which will assist them to make a difference in their own communities and the broader region.
