The Lions Club of Taylors Lakes is part of the largest service organisation in the world - Lions Clubs International. As a service organisation, we are always seeking volunteers interested in serving our local community and beyond. Our mission states what we stand for: *Through a highly visible approach, Taylors Lakes Lions Club works to achieve common goals supporting community-based service projects and raising funds for our community and beyond. *We conduct our service with an attitude of fun, enjoyment and comradery. *We seek partnerships with others to enable and enhance our work and to give our work further strength and purpose. We currently conduct three major events each year, as well as other fundraisers and projects, with priorities including children and youth, childhood cancer, environment, homelessness, poverty and extreme hardship, vision and aged care. Our organisation is totally voluntary, with 100% of funds raised going back to the community through donations, support projects and major undertakings.
