Gippsland East Local leaning and Employment Network provides leadership to building place-based networks that catalyse change so people in Gippsland East can develop the knowledge, skills and experience needed to fulfil their personal aspirations and succeed in their pathways through education to work. We deliver a range of place-based initiatives co-designed with the community and beyond the scope or capacity of individual stakeholders. We do not compete against local service providers or deliver direct services to end users but bridge gaps and facilitate new opportunities. We galvanise community buy-in through existing networks and with a strong reputation for developing new partnerships and programs. We focus our effort on supporting people who face disadvantage in accessing pathways between community engagement, education and employment.
