NSW Masters is the organisation for male and female athletes aged 30 and over, who live in New South Wales. Our competitions run in 5 year age groups (eg: W30=ages 30-34, M45=ages 45-49) across all track and field events, and we represent fitness, fun and friendship across a range of athletic events and activities. We are the State Association for Masters Athletics in NSW, as well as a Club affiliated with Athletics NSW, and we promote, encourage and host events specifically for those age groups
