We are looking for volunteers that are willing to do work with horses, on the farm, or has motorcycle mechanic skills at our Care Farm in Champion Lakes. In exchange you will have the opportunity to pay off your outstanding fines at Fines Enforcement through the Work Development Skill. You will be covered by Volunteer Insurance, as well as public liability insurance. We require farm hands, fencing people, horticulture/ gardening maintained, maintenance people, painters, roofers, welders, retic, stable hands, horse handlers, horse riders, people with ability to work with people that are autistic, motorbike mechanic skills and dirtbike/ motorcross track riding skills. We would also like any Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, GPs, accountants and other professions on board to drive our programs and support them. Something for everyone. This is an amazing opportunity to pay off those fines while volunteering for an amazing cause. Kalt works with kids and adults that come from vulnerable groups such as justice, disabilities and more. Kalt runs a motoinclusion Program where we teach participants to ride dirt bikes at Coastal Motorcycle Club, Byford Lightweight and Northam. We pursue disability inclusion as well as social and community participation. Kalt also runs equine horse programs, beach days, trail rides, equine assisted learning and more. With so much going on we would love our community to come together to support a just cause. Donations are also welcome as we would like to raise funds to purchase the accommodation for use by our vulnerable participants. All our programs are in a non clinical environment. Our volunteers come from various backgrounds including their own criminal justice experience, drug and alcohol experiences, family and domestic violence experiences.
