The Twyford is a performing arts and community venue in Merimbula NSW. It is managed by The Twyford Hall Complex Ltd, a registered not-for-profit company-limited-by-guarantee and arts charity registered with the ACNC. It is governed by a Board of Directors and employs a Venue Manager and Technical Contractors, as well as volunteers who help run the arts and community events held there. Events range from art exhibitions to theatre, music, dance, conferences, meeting and expos, weddings and other functions. Volunteers work in roles such as setting up venues, ushering, assisting patrons, assisting staff with box office, administration and marketing, and receive free training on induction. Some roles may require additional certification or minimum age requirements, for example RSA.
