Rotaract Club of Whitehorse

Whitehorse Rotaract is a service club of 18-30 year olds that meet on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month at the Melbourne Baseball Club, Box Hill,. Visitors are welcome to attend to see what Rotaract is about. Rotaract members perform a range of community service activities. Examples include tree planting, blood donations, making Christmas cards for nursing home residents, participating in the May 50K and STEPtember, helping at local farmers’ markets and fundraiser walks. Also, some bigger activities such as a Meal Packing Night members hosted earlier this year which provided 20,000 meals for emergency food relief to the Philippines, and a Giant Monopoly fundraiser event. What is done in terms of helping the community (local, national and international) is entirely up to what our members are interested in. We also offer a range of personal and professional development opportunities for members who wish to further develop in these areas. And of course, our club has a strong social component, and we often go on social outings as a group.
