DYCCI was established in 1978, creating a 44-year legacy of guidance, support, and connecting local businesses. We’re a small but vibrant, not-for-profit organisation led by a dedicated volunteer Committee of local business owners. Our approach is contemporary, flexible and inclusive; we encourage adaptability including new ways of working and communicating, and we try to keep it real. We’re leaders in small and microbusiness and we direct our activities where it's needed most; empowering local businesses to be their own success story. We focus on what’s essential, so we can do more for the community and we put all our profits back into services, networking events and training, because we believe knowledge and skills should be shared. We’re dedicated to being a source of truth for the community and are represented on many Reference Groups and Committees. Our Purpose is to represent and advocate for the interests of the Dunsborough Yallingup business community and create opportunities for economic development and diversity. The role of the Committee is to govern the Chamber, develop the strategic direction and maintain oversight of the planning, management, implementation and operational performance. Positions are open for Committee Members to help make Dunsborough Yallingup the best place to live, work and visit. Make inspiring connections with business owners as well as leading the business discussion with government stakeholders.
