For almost 40 years Active Care Network has been serving the community by providing community transport services throughout the Penrith, Blacktown and Blue Mountains LGAs.
Active Care Network is constantly providing new programs and community facing initiatives where able. This includes our Active Garden Club, Neighbourhood Jobs and Home Support Services including home maintenance, gardening, home modifications and cleaning.
