We run a not-for-profit Association for Prospectors and Leaseholders our aim is “ to protect the rights of Prospectors and Leaseholder's future” We have 36 volunteers across 5 branches and require Committee members and sub-committee members. Our AGM is held annually. Our head office is in Perth but our branches are Perth, Mandurah, Kalgoorlie, Bunbury and Albany. APLA provides advocacy and representation at the State Government level and with various Government Departments on issues that affect our sector. We specialize in helping Prospecting with event facilitating and Co-ordinating AGM’s Open Days, Field Days, and Camps. This support is designed to contribute to the organization’s purpose, goals, and objectives.
