Sturt Street Community School is South Australia’s first government school dedicated to care and education for children from birth to year 7. The school services the needs of families who live, study and work in the city precinct. The re-opening of the Sturt Street Community School in 2004 has been a partnership between many enthusiastic interest groups. The State Government has worked closely with local community members to develop an exciting new future for the Sturt Street Community School. As a result of their involvement, there have been numerous services incorporated into the school to support local families.
