Link Health and Community(Link HC) is a non-profit organisation providing extensive health services within the City of Monash. Our sites are located at Clayton, Oakleigh, Chadstone and Glen Waverley. Link embraces a volunteer culture. It is this culture that provides not only extended services to Link HC clients, but also an avenue for community members to contribute skills, develop friendships, enhance self esteem and well-being and create a greater awareness of the community needs in the City of Monash.
