Sydney Community Services was established on 01 July 2017 – however our history runs deep in the Community. Sydney Community Services was formed from a merger between Lane Cove and North Side Community Services (LCNSCS) and Hunters Hill Ryde Community Services (HHRCS). Sydney Community Services is a local not-for-profit organisation that helps residents to live a quality and independent life in their own home and in their community. We provide services to the aged and people living with a disability including social activities, gardening, home nursing, podiatry, Community Care Advisory, clean sheets and towels, home delivered meals, home modifications and maintenance, flexible respite, carers support, shopping services, community and engagement programs, medical transport and assistance in daily life.
