Located within the City of Swan, HorsePower (formally RDA Brigadoon) is a voluntary, nonprofit organisation that provides opportunities for people with disabilities and special needs to enjoy safe, healthy stimulating, therapeutic, horse-related activities in the beautiful outdoor setting of the State Equestrian Centre in the Swan Valley.
