Home Modifications Solutions is a not-for-profit organisation providing assistance to the frail aged, people with a disability and their carers in the Sutherland Shire. The wide variety of services we provide allow our clients to live independently in their homes for as long as possible, and prevent inappropriate admission to residential care.
