Accessible Arts is the peak arts and disability advocacy body in NSW. It promotes and provides opportunities for people with disabilities to participate in arts and cultural activities, eg. attend galleries and theatres as audience members, enjoy arts festivals, develop as professional artists or participate in art, drama, music, dance and digital media activities. Our work covers all art forms and is a state wide service. It provides services in the areas of Arts Development, Audience Development, Disability Awareness and Access Training and Information. It services both the arts and disability sectors through advocacy, education and by facilitating projects. Our mission is to promote full inclusion, access and cultural opportunities in the arts for people with disabilities through advocacy, education and information.
