Well, if you are interested... this is the position with a variety of tasks for you!

The administrative duties would include the receiving and recording of mail. Being at the Reception desk, greeting people and directing them to activities. Answering phone calls, taking messages and providing general information.

You would also be responsible in the receipting of monies, recording and finalising payments, taking hall booking enquiries and producing marketing material.

Other duties would include preparation of morning tea and general housekeeping/cleaning.
