Fred's Van provides a free evening meal at Aldinga on a Friday evening, serving between 30-50 people each week. We provide a meal from an indoor venue. The team leader provides the essential leadership to a team of approximately six volunteers, ensuring attendance, leadership guidance for the evening at the kitchen in the preparation of the food, and serving the meal.

For the chosen candidate there will be training provided by an existing team leader with a supported hand over which will encompass the full understanding of our service, including other services provided by Vinnies.

This role requires proven leadership skills, empathy, common sense approach, good people skills, and a good sense of humour.
