We are a registered charity committed to supporting children’s development through play located close to Ashburton Village.
We are a Centrelink approved organisation for voluntary work.
PARENT TALK PRESENTER
The Parent Talk Presenter will speak to new parent groups at the Maternal Child Health (MCH) centres about the toy library and how the toy library can contribute to the development of babies, toddlers and young children with toys that are affordable, accessible and sustainable.
Key responsibilities:
- Present in person to a variety of new parent groups at MCH centres in the local Boroondara area
- Explain what a toy library is, the benefits and demonstrate how borrowing works
- Showcase a range of toys to new parent groups
- The presentation is in a relaxed setting with new parents and their babies
Skills and Experience:
- Confident in presenting and speaking to a group
- Be friendly and reliable

Training will be provided.
Note: applicants need to be aged 18+ for this volunteer role.
