Assisting Your Life To Achieve (AYLA Inc. ) are seeking reliable, flexible volunteers to assist our NFP charity in the role of Reception/Office Administration each Wednesday. Along with general office/admin duties, duties include welcoming visitors and clients by greeting them in person and/or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Office experience along with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook essential. A great opportunity for someone looking to return to the workforce and refresh their skills. Please note we require all volunteers to provide a current Police Clearance and Working With Children Check. This position is a job share to cover office hours Wednesdays 9.00am to 5.00pm.
