We are looking for motivated people who enjoy talking with others, have solid communication and written skills, and a non-judgmental attitude.
A commitment to ongoing personal learning and development regarding availability of local community services is essential. It is important that you can work within a team environment consisting of both paid staff and volunteers.
You'll undertake assessments of need and provide the appropriate response by way of food, vouchers, and/or bill relief, along with advocacy to utility companies and referral to other services both within the Centre and locally. Documentation of outcomes is necessary.
Interested? For further information, please call Cheryl on (03) 9803 3400.
