Duties include:

  • Data entry of volunteer records
  • Assist in recruiting volunteers for the Op Shops
  • Organising and assisting in volunteer training, meetings and communications
  • Assist in volunteer roster maintenance 
  • Assist in coordinating Op Shop sales
  • Email and phone communications with volunteers and Op Shop enquiries
  • Creation of in store signage and laminating
  • General research
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Essential skill requirements:

  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Attention to detail
  • Skilled communicator on phone and email
