As the friendly face of our organisation some of the duties you will be covering include:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients as soon as they arrive at the centre including making tea/coffee, showing clients around.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Follow safety procedures at reception desk including login book.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and welcoming, with all necessary materials to enable the clients are provide basic and accurate information in-person or via phone/email.
  • Data entry
  • Organise and maintain office supplies
  • Perform other clerical duties including filing, photocopying, laminating and opening of office post.
