The Scales/POS Volunteer would be one of the "friendly faces of Foodbank"! If you enjoy customer service and hands on tasks and are available on Thursdays & Fridays, Foodbank would love to hear from you!

When working on the scales/weigh out station, you will need to:

• Assist in determining, calculating and weighing customer purchases relating to different stock
• Loading and unloading customer trolleys when on the scales. -Enter data into POS computer tablets and operate the EFTPOS machine.

This role would suit someone who:

• can be calm under pressure
• has a methodical approach to work
• is good with mental math.
• is reliable.

Training will be provided.

Required on Thursdays & Fridays from either 8.30 am -12.30 pm or 8.30 am to 2.30 pm.
