Volunteers are required to provide administrative assistance to a small, not for profit organisation based in Hillcrest. Role Duties will include (but are not limited to) creating documents (using word, excel and publisher), data collection (collating feedback forms), generating reports, customer service - answering the phone and responding to client needs, invoicing and filing.
