You will be assisting with front of house duties such as;

• Customer service
• Point of sale and register operations
• EFTPOS
• General cleaning and tidying of shop areas
• Assisting with developing floor displays through visual merchandising
• Answering phone and customer enquiries
• Restocking floor stock
• Other retail duties as directed by coordinators.

Coordinators are on hand for each session and are happy to assist with any query/training required.

We have two shops, one for fashion and one for home wares. Volunteers are encouraged to work in both at differing times to provide better knowledge and service.

The premises are air conditioned.
