Key Duties: * Review SHH policies and procedure documents to ensure that they are compliant with legal standards. * Assess SHH proposals for contracts\, partnerships\, programs and activities to ensure they are legally compliant. * Appraise contracts\, partnerships\, joint projects and other legally binding documents submitted to SHH from other companies\, organisations and the government. To ensure that no disadvantage or hardship will fall upon SHH. * Advise senior SHH staff and board members on legal matters concerning operations. Remain up to date with new and emerging NDIS practice standards as required.
Skills and Experience: - Must be currently registered and practicing as a legal professional. - Experience working with and for people with disabilities. - Highly experienced in analyzing legal contracts and proposals. - All community legal experience advantageous.
