We are looking for someone with patience and understanding to provide training to residents on how to use smart phones, iPads and computers. As it is for residents that struggle with remembering how to email, skype, Facebook, send emails, do family trees etc. the training will be repetitive.

The position includes assisting residents on a 1:1 basis or small group with tech support & building rapport.

Patience and an understanding gentle approach is a must.

The government has recently changed vaccine requirements for aged care volunteers and workers. Volunteers must have at least one COVID 19 vaccination shot by 17th September. Additionally, they have strongly recommended disability support workers/volunteers get their COVID shots, and will consider making it mandatory by October 31st.
