There are many aspects and duties required for this role which will include:• Implementation of the organisations strategic plan; • Prioritisation and execution of day to day operations of the organisation including administrative tasks; • To develop and deliver on the organisation's objectives for revenue growth; • Management of stakeholders, employees, volunteers, community representatives, partnerships and other relevant personnel; • Volunteer co-ordination; • Accountability to the Board including commercial accountability and oversight • Developing and executing a successful funding program including corporate partnership, crowdfunding, commercial business opportunities, grants and philanthropic partnerships; • Planning and execution of Fundraising, Events and Community Engagement; • Effective planning to identify new opportunities to expand the funding model; • Clear and documented consultation as part of the planning and assessment of new opportunities; • Connection with potential marketing supports; • Creation of persuasive new pitch and marketing materials and presentations to engage and attract new partners and opportunities; • Strong ability in contract negotiation and closing; • Develop and implement immediate, medium and long-term funding models; • Report to the Board and Founders to feedback on measurable targets & KPI’s.
