Your role of HR Manager is critical to the charities success. People are an important asset and you’ll be fundamental to the success of creating a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize the Packs established mission and objectives. Promoting our values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of the HR Manager job position. We are at Grass roots level, which means together we are creating & establishing every level of this organisation. Together as a Pack we are creating a organisation which is saving two lives in one go.
The perfect person for this position will be heart driven and compassionate and yet who also clearly understands the dynamics of running a not for profit charity. Even more importantly your heart and soul is inspired in the goodness and unconditional love of Rescue Dogs. This can be a work from home or come spend time with our furry friends and the not so furry friends. We call ourselves the Pack!
