In your role as a Participant Registrations officer, your tasks may include:

  • Screen all referrals and participant applications, ensuring applicants are eligible to participate.
  • Undertake home visits to obtain all necessary approvals from parents/legal carers.
  • Manage relationships with referral agents.
  • Maintain participant information on a database ensuring adherence to legal Privacy requirements for personal information of those under 18 years old.
  • Register all approved participants with sporting clubs.
  • On a weekly basis, allocate participants to activities on a program database.
  • Manage and communicate schedule and fixture changes.
  • Obtain and file participant media consent forms.
  • Collaborate with the Volunteer Coordinator and Program Manager.
  • Volunteer to drive participants to training and fixtures.
