Sporting Participant Registration officer

In your role as a Participant Registrations officer, your tasks may include:
- Screen all referrals and participant applications, ensuring applicants are eligible to participate.
- Undertake home visits to obtain all necessary approvals from parents/legal carers.
- Manage relationships with referral agents.
- Maintain participant information on a database ensuring adherence to legal Privacy requirements for personal information of those under 18 years old.
- Register all approved participants with sporting clubs.
- On a weekly basis, allocate participants to activities on a program database.
- Manage and communicate schedule and fixture changes.
- Obtain and file participant media consent forms.
- Collaborate with the Volunteer Coordinator and Program Manager.
- Volunteer to drive participants to training and fixtures.
