Researching historically themed food for specific events. Assisting with the setting-up of the hall/venue/tables for the events. Cooking and preparing food. Serving beverages and food. Washing dishes and returning to appropriate storage areas. Interacting with guests, making them feel welcome and cared for.
If you are interested in joining our catering team, cooking abilities are not required but are desirable. The Museum is committed to quality in all that it does and this is very important particularly for our catering team who interact directly with the public and provide a dining experience.
