Volunteer Admin Support

Several volunteer roles are being created to manage portfolios across a range of functions including Finance, Business Services and Volunteer Experience and Support.

Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for these volunteer positions are invited from people who are interested and who have the necessary skills and experience to manage complex, sensitive and confidential issues and coordinate projects to support the relevant Deputy Unit Commander. The ideal person for these positions will:

  • Have proven planning, problem solving and analytical skills,

  • Possess medium to advanced skills in administration and the use of Microsoft Office suite of products, including MS Teams and other computer-based information applications.

  • Be detail oriented, proactive and self-managing.

  • Be able to work comfortably in an environment where the maintenance of discretion and confidentiality is essential.

  • Possess a high level of written and oral communication skills.
