  • Ensure all sales are entered and correct through the Shopify POS System • To review stock levels on Shopify POS • Coordinate quarterly merchandise stocktakes and send to NOC. • Organise Merchandise team for stock any stock folding. • Submit top up merchandise orders; based upon stock on hand and anticipated sales, to the NOC for approval. • Upon receipt of stock advise the NOC • Advise NOC of low inventory level prior to large events • Record sales data from each event through Shopify POS • Pack and replenish merchandise kits appropriate for events by taking into consideration weather, demographic, target audience and stock on hand. • Ensure merchandise is stored in a safe, secure and clean area. • Work with the local chapter Events Coordinator to ensure there is enough stock to service booked events and forecast orders based on upcoming events. • Arrange transfer of merchandise to other chapters when requested on an ad hoc basis. • Assist in training volunteers with stall displays, selling merchandise, filling in sales sheets or training on the Shopify POS System. • Submit budget to the National Outreach Coordinator if additional storage items are required to store merchandise (shelves/tubs) or stall infrastructure is needed ie lights, cords, table, marquee or weights. • In preparation of arranging a merchandise kit, fill in a blank sales sheet so there is a record of merchandise provided in the kit so sales and the inventory on hand after the event can be reconciled. This role does require you to store a small set up and back up of merchandise at your property
