• Work with the committee to ensure that organisational structure is fit for purpose to nurture and fulfil the organisations goals • Develop and manage governance processes of a small not-for-profit organisation • Deliver on people processes including recruitment and performance • Work closely with the committee to coach, navigate and solve problems utilising a collaborative approach • Work closely with organisations lawyer to ensure the integrity and appropriateness of governess policies including collaborative drafting of new and updated policies where appropriate • Attend and participate in meetings being an active member of the management committee
