Our NurtureGroup Coordiantor will be the parent of a premature or sick baby who was cared for in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Special Care Nursery (SCN) and provide peer support to other families with a similar experience in a social and informal setting.

Our NurtureGroup sessions are free play and support groups for families who have experienced the birth of a premature or sick newborn. Offering support, hope, friendship and guidance to those with a shared experience.
We are seeking motivated individuals who would like to make a difference and commit to Volunteering at our amazing NurtureGroup on a fortnightly basis (except during the school holidays).
As a NurtureGroup Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating the preparation and delivery of the NurtureGroup sessions.
Your duties may also include: • Reporting statistics to our national Head Office • Setting up, coordinating and packing down of NurtureGroup activities within the session • Arrange suitable guest speakers Provide peer support to other families through your own experiences
