- Facilitating human resource processes
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Maintain a record of personnel data in the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
- Liaise with other departments.
- Scheduling meetings, interviews, HR events and maintaining the team’s agenda. -On-boarding and update records with new hires.
- Assist in ad hoc projects ,like collection of employees monthly and yearly task hours and involvement in company goals.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong ability in using MS office(MS word and MS excel)
- In depth understanding of sourcing tools like resume databases and online communities.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
- Education in HR resource management.
