Key duties include:

  • Define the marketing strategy and plans for each program/product against our goals and KPIs
  • Ensure that the needs of our Ambassadors, Partners and Corporate Sales teams are integrated
  • Work with the brand, creative, design, web, PR and content teams to ensure plans are delivered
  • Manage any risks associated with program delivery
  • Ensure that decision-making and optimisation of activities are based on (quality) data
  • Ensure that individual program/product marketing managers are in place and are operating productively.
