Trust Talk Coordinator - Cockatoo Is/Georges Heights/Home - # 161036
Sydney Harbour Federation TrustCoordinator is responsible for researching and sourcing suitable speakers, being their primary point of contact & liaising with them about presentation details. Coordinator collects & edits promotional material & liaises with Harbour Trust staff about presentation schedule, content & promotion. Coordinator hosts the sessions including introducing the speaker and facilitating questions, so excellent public speaking skills essential. Presentations are in person, via digital platform Zoom and a combination of both.
Coordination prior to presentation day will be done remotely from Volunteer's own home, so must be prepared to use own email, Word & internet access (approx 4 hrs per month), with attendance at Harbour Trust head office in Mosman or Cockatoo Island required for each scheduled presentation. Harbour Trust staff supports technical requirements.
The Harbour Trust is a COVID Safe organisation with processes and protocols in place to protect staff, volunteers and visitors. These include increased cleaning, the use of the Service NSW QR code, provision of PPE, and adherence to all Health NSW directives
