Duties • Assist with the screening of resumes and position applications, • Post, update and remove job ads on websites, social media and job boards, • Revise interview questions and ensure relevant to specific positions, • Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g.- employment forms/ contact information etc.) • Maintain and gather payroll data including leave, working hours, availabilities and bank accounts, • Proofread HR documents, • Coordinate interviews, • Help prepare word, PowerPoint and excel documents, • Address employee queries regarding scheduling and payroll, • Employee relations- such as addressing grievances, demands, or other issues, • Support management to implement HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation (inclusive of internal training programs).
