This position will contribute significantly to Connecting Communities Australia growth. Today’s donor base and the value of all individual giving programs, including major gifts, trusts and foundations, cash donors and regular giving. This role is aimed at driving supporter engagement to increase revenue, reduce supporter attrition and grow supporter loyalty.
It requires a passionate and dedicated supporter-centric fundraiser who is confident to solicit and secure major gifts. This is ideal for a self-motivated, achievement-orientated person and would enable you to make a difference to rural and remote communities that are struggling in our changing climate. It would suit those of you looking for more experience or perhaps wanting to volunteer 1 or 2 days a week and stay involved.
Connecting Communities Australia operates a Covid safe workplace, most meetings are on zoom, the role can be undertaken from home, and in the office we maintain safe physical distancing and surfaces are regularly wiped down.

CCA identifies communities that need help to become more resilient and recover, we source funding and volunteers for the program. we run the program then we measure its impact.
In your role you would work closely with the CEO and the Board in identifying new sources of funding for CCA's operations. The office is in East Balmain in Sydney however there is the opportunity to do this role remotely. We would encourage you to travel to some of our projects in rural and remote Australia
