Tour Guides - Adelaide Gaol

The Adelaide Gaol Preservation Society Inc. is a not for profit volunteer organisation which conducts a variety of tours at the Adelaide Gaol.

We are looking to appoint an outgoing volunteer guide who is happy to talk to groups of up to 20 visitors and tell them about the Adelaide Gaol’s history and/or paranormal activities. A strong clear speaking voice is essential.

The successful applicant will be well presented with exceptional communication skills. Good personal presentation is important and an interest in history would be well regarded.

You will be working with a likeminded group of volunteers who are dedicated, friendly and motivated.

Full training and support will be given to the successful applicant. Retirees or mature persons with time on their hands are encouraged to apply.

A reliable vehicle and a mobile phone are essential.
